2010 Prairie Wood Design Awards

Alberta Wood WORKS! is a Canadian Wood Council initiative established to promote the use of Canadian wood products in design and construction.

The annual Wood Design Awards event celebrates those who exemplify the outstanding use of wood products, and have shown a dedicated commitment to fostering new ideas and developing innovative solutions to that end. This year's event has been re-named to better reflect the regions eligible for nomination. This is an opportunity to showcase projects from around the prairie provinces and territories that highlight wood use, and provide tangible accolades to politicians, senior dignitaries, architects, engineers, project owners and industry professionals who have shown exceptional prominence in wood design.
