WoodWorks® is the wood industry’s choice for wood engineering software produced with technical guidance from the Canadian Wood Council.   The full suite, called WoodWorks® Design Office, has been developed for practicing engineers and design professionals who design with timber, lumber, and engineered products.   A demo of the software is available at http://www.woodworks-software.com/. 

This hands-on session will give an overview of the capabilities of the WoodWorks® Sizer module and its customizable Database, the WoodWorks® Connections module, and the WoodWorks® Shearwalls module.

In response to the surveys collected at Wood WORKS! BC’s Wood Design Luncheons, we have developed several relevant in-house workshops (as outlined below).
If there is a topic of particular interest to your firm and you are able to provide the boardroom accommodations, please contact us. Wood WORKS! will provide the topic speakers as well as a  sandwich lunch for all participants.

These in-house workshops are approved by AIBC for a 1-hour continuing education credit for any registered architect.  Forms are available at the workshop upon request.
